- The Police Data Act (Wpg) applies to the processing of (personal) data in the context of investigations (BOA task). To determine whether the water boards have applied these rules in accordance with the legal requirements, the Regulations for the periodic audit of police data have been drawn up. This is required of all organismsations where criminal data are processed, that periodic external privacy audits are carried out by means of an Electronic Data Processing (EDP) audit. The contracting authority is looking for an audit service provider who can perform the external Wpg audits for the 21 Water Boards.
