Description:
Due to the expiration of the current framework agreement, the municipality of Apeldoorn has started a new tender. The municipality wants to conclude one framework agreement. The Management and Maintenance department uses this and orders the materials, which they use for maintenance of machines and equipmentequipping the employees and mechanics with the desired attributes.
It is therefore a European public tender. The intended effective date of the agreement is 9/1/2023. This framework agreement has a term of 2 years, with an option of 2 extensions of 2 years thereafter. The motivation forr this term is stated in the 'Procurement Description' document.
The estimate is (based on all extension options): € 943,000. The maximum value of the scope of the agreement is 50% higher than the estimate and is therefore: € 1,414,500.
