- The municipality of -SHertogenbosch wishes to select a service provider for services around the digital working environment. This service provider performs tasks on behalf of ICT department and must work closely with the Service Desk and other teams from the Digital Working Environment Agency. It is a framework agreement for four years. The workplace services consist of outline: configuring, installing, moving and removing fixed workplace equipment (computers and peripherals) configuring, delivering, replacing and receiving mobile workplace equipment (smartphones, laptops, tablets and accessories) Fensen and performing work Serviceloket ICT plans related activities; Planning appointments with end users Stock administration and monitor minimum stocks Administration of delivered and received (loan) workplace equipment receive deliveries and prepare equipment to be processed of help desk reports.
