Description:
The purpose of the present tender is to arrive at a framework agreement with one contractor, which provided the following services on behalf of the ZonMw:
• the location of ZonMw delivering end user devices (EUD) laptops, tablets and smartphones and associated accessories;
•Taking care of the preparation of laptops and mobile phones for extradition;
• The handling of defects and warranty claims and in exceptional cases taking back articles.
Hardware
The purpose of the present tender is to arrive at a framework agreement with oneContractor, who provides the following services on behalf of the ZonMw:
• Delivering End User Devices (EUD) laptops, tablets and smartphones and associated accessories at the location of ZonMw;
• Taking care of the preparation of laptops and mobile phones for extraction;
•Handling defects and warranty claims and taking back articles in exceptional cases.
