- The objective of the assignment is to purchase high -quality ICThardware, in keeping with the municipal organization against at least market prices (or lower), where the supplier acts as high -quality cooperation partner and proactively thinks along. With this tendering, the client is looking for the balance between functionality, costs and (environmental and social) sustainability and expects to contact the contractor (s) that they proactively think along and work on the realization thereof. The ICThardware and the associated services are one of the most important pillars on which the services of ICT rest to the municipality. Both ICT and the end users therefore expect high quality from both the deliveries and the Service Client wants to enter into a framework agreement with a maximum of three (3) contractors for the duration of two (2) years with extension options of two (2) times one (1) year . So a total of a maximum of four (4) years.
