Description:
More than 8,500 employees currently work at Utrecht University. Utrecht University provides its employees with workplace hardware: laptops, workstations, desktops, screens, tablets and peripherals. Utrecht University wants both generic workplace hardwarere as MacOS and iPadOS can purchase workplace hardware, so that it can provide its employees with the most suitable hardware for their work. In addition, we only want manufacturer brands where an OE (original equipment) manufacturer supplies a complete product. We want the choice herefrom multiple OE manufacturers. That is why we want to contract a 'reseller' and not a 'manufacturer'.
We divide the order into two lots:
• lot 1: Generic workplace hardware;
• lot 2: MacOS and iPadOS workplace hardware.
You can register for one or register both plots. This is possiblePlease ensure that both lots are awarded to the same tenderer.
We would like to invite you to submit a tender for the supply of workplace hardware.
Lot 1: Generic workplace hardware:
• Desktop computers (thin/fat/zero clients).
• Laptop computers.
• Mobile workstations.
• Tablets.
• Monitors.
• Network printers.
• Internal components accessories.
• Workplace hardware services.
Lot 2: MacOS and iPadOS workplace hardware
• iOS computers (thin/fat/zero clients).
