Description: The assignment to be spent is defined as follows:
Delivering workplace hardware for the benefit of the Avans University of Applied Sciences employees. The concrete interpretation of a workplace (O.A. laptop, tablet, display, headsets) is determined per function / employee. In practice, we at least see the majority of employees with a laptop.
The service that logically belongs to the delivery of this workplace hardware is part of the assignment. Avans University of Applied Sciences has set up the IT Support in a different way, and sees a role here for the newly contracting party.
The delivery of specific devices to students is not part of this agreement. It is possible that provisions that are used by both employees and students are purchased within this agreement.
