- The SVB wants to acquire one total solution consisting of the 5 WFM sub -processes (forecasting, capacity management, scheduling, day control, reporting & analysis). The assignment consists of the following parts: • delivering a SaaSdienst for WFM; • Implementation of the solution (installation,configuration, design, training to different user groups such as functional managers, team leaders, end users, etc.); • Exploitation (licenses, delivering technical management and support in accordance with agreements in the DAP and SLA); • Maintenance on the environment and the implementation of the requestedChanges of the SVB; • Functional management according to the principle of Voor Doe, Doing Together and Do yourself; • Optimization (consultancy and support in the field of IT and WFM processes); • The services to be supplied must at least meet what has been described in Annex C Program of RequirementsAnd wishes and appendix D architecture description.
