- The municipality of Zevenaar is developing Businesspark 7poort and is the client for this project. The final infrastructure must be reduced by the design and sale of the latest plots, the increasing activity and the housing developments in Zevenaar Oost. Past fifteen years the business park has been developed in various phases, ready for construction and partially prepared. In the 2nd quarter of 2022, a second viaduct on the Arnhemwinterswijk railway line was realized for this development and in 2023 the main structure was 7poort with traffic crossing and future on and exits Realized for the intended fashion outlet (Woonmaking Making phase 1). In the meantime, the last lots have been furnished and/or sold, so that the municipality of Zevenaar has chosen to reduce and transfer the entire business park Woon Managers.
