• Procedure Tender through the European/National public procedure in accordance with the (amended) Public Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. Lots This contract is not divided into lots: The contracting authority has investigated whether dividing the assignment in lots is appropriate and efficient. It has been concluded on objective grounds that dividing into plots does not lead to better market access or more efficient implementation. Unbundling would actually lead to additional, higher coordination and harmonization risks administrative burdens and an increased implementation risk. In addition, the market survey shows that the relevant market largely carries out the assignment integrally. For these reasons, it was decided not to divide the assignment into lots. Purpose The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of these services with a term of four (4) years with the commencement date of November 1, 2026. The client has [unilaterally / by mutual consent of the parties] the right to these three (3) times for one (1) year. The decision-making regarding these extension(s) is based on an evaluation of the performance delivered. Maximum contract value The maximum contract value in the context of this framework agreement is set at €32,000,000, over the term of the agreement, including extension options. No rights can be derived from the stated amount. There is no purchase obligation for the client. If during the term of the framework agreement the maximum order value is exceeded, the framework agreement will be terminated (earlier).
