Description: Quotation request as a tendering procedure The national public proceedings are followed in accordance with the Procurement Regulations Working 2016 (' Arw 2016 '). Municipality of Breda commands the present assignment through a framework agreement in the market. The UAV 2012 applies to this framework agreement. The execution of the assignment takes place through further sub-assignments to be determined. The project and the contract is carried out in Breda and comprises 51 metal objects whose process automation (Siemens S7) and electrical installation is strongly outdated and needs to be replaced. During the pilot phase, in 2018-2019, 6 metal objects have been renovated and connected to the WINCC main post. These are representative of the objects to be renovated. During the exit phase S7, 51 metal objects are renovated in accordance with the drawing PA / E standard from the pilot phase.
