Description: The agreement consists of the delivery of licenses, including (web) portal and related services for the new merger municipality of Land van Cuijk. It concerns a wide range of standard system software licenses from different manufacturers and for different applications, such as, but not limited to: server networking workplace automation process management security assessment data database contracting authority has assigned the assignment. The motivation to merge the assignment and not to divide into plots is because: the relevant market consists of nationally operating companies of such a magnitude, which consider the size of this assignment as proportional and desirable. The assignments exhibit a lot of coherence and the risks are manageable for both contracting authorities and entrepreneurs; the seizure of the reseller's financial resources are limited because it concerns the reselling of licenses whose costs will only run as soon as the customer (the municipality ) It has activated.
