Description: This procurement leader concerns the European Public Procurement for Archaeological Research for Rivierenland Water Board. Waterproof Rivierenland wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one or more companies that are capable of all research phases of archaeological research of land bottoms of the protocols below Executing: Program of Requirements (Protocol 4001); Office research (Protocol 4002); Inventory field research (Protocol 4003); Excavation (Protocol 4004). Waterfroggy Rivierenland has the intention to exclude one or more tenderers, which meet the formal requirements, exclusion grounds and suitability requirements to enter into a framework agreement for a period of two (2) years. Optional is possible to extend the framework agreements unilaterally, two (2) times for one (1) year under constituing conditions. The framework agreements therefore have a maximum duration of 4 years and ends, without that cancellation is required from Rech Toss after the expiry of the 4 years. The decision to whether or not to prolong the framework agreements is exclusively at the client.
