Description:
The aim is to reach an Agreement with 1 Contractor and to optimize the services in the field of cleaning services in accordance with the requirements and wishes of the Client.
In addition, the Client has determined a number of sub-objectives:
•Quality of serviceis important for Wetterskip Fryslan in the broadest sense of the word. The cleaning service is responsible for a clean working environment with a representative appearance. The quality of service also means that the Contractor organizes the work optimallyt so that the Client is relieved on this point.
•Wetterskip Fryslan wants to do business in a socially responsible manner and aims to collaborate with partners who implement this optimally. This means sustainable business operations where the environment is taken into account during implementation, circularity, Arbo, Social Return and good employment practices.
The Agreement to be concluded has a starting date of June 1, 2024. The initial term is five (5) years with an option to extend, under the same terms and conditions, for a maximum of two (2) x one (1) year. If the extension option is accepted by Opdris exercised, this Agreement will end by operation of law on May 31, 2031.
