Description: The municipalities in the web region want adult residents from the age of 18 who have insufficient basic skills offer the chance to improve the level of their basic skills. By basic skills we mean language, arithmetic and digital skills. Especially language, but also calculation and digital skills, are a means to participate in society, to be more likely to be on the labor market (to find or maintain work) or to move on to another education. In addition, improvement of the basic skills contributes to positive health, parental involvement, participation and self -reliance. The municipalities in the web region want to facilitate this. This tender consists of a main tender and two plots. If you want to register on both plots, you must go through the questionnaires of both plots in addition to the main tender.
