- The Groningen Safety Region (secretary), the Fryslân Safety Region and the Drenthe Safety Region (hereinafter jointly: Clients) are launching a European public tender for the supply of walkie-talkies and mobile radios, including associated services. The aim of the tender is to replace the current, written-off equipment with new, fully deployable communication tools that meet the requirements of operational practice within the fire brigade, GHOR and crisis management. The new one equipment must be reliable, future-proof and sustainable, with aspects such as maximum availability, data security and high-quality service being central. There is room for innovation and innovation during the term of the agreement application of new techniques, provided that they are appropriate within the conditions set. With this tender, Clients want to conclude three separate framework agreements with one contractor, with an initial term of four years and twice an option to extension of three years. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender (best price-quality ratio).
