- This tender was started due to the end of the agreement with the current supplier. The desire of the Werk to conclude a framework agreement to guarantee continuity.
The purpose of this application is to make a choice and to arrive at a framework agreement, agreement with that tenderer, Which gives the best interpretation to the following delivering lease vehicles and the desired services. The OMB wants to achieve the following goals with this:
a) Effective acquisition, compiling, deploying and managing vehicles that match the tasks of the organization of the contracting authority employ.
b) The vehicles must be sustainable, taking into account the requirements set for the deployment.
Operations may not be hindered or as limited as possible if a vehicle needs (small) maintenance, has damage, must be inspected. Replacement transport must be arranged quickly and customer -friendly and the travel distances to the maintenance company and delivery point of the vehicles must be near the contracting authority.
