Description:
Scope of the assignment The scope concerns the (partial) creation and management of a minimum first-in first-out stock and the securing of a production facility in the Netherlands for surgical mouth-nose masks type IIR and FFP2 (lots 1 and 2) including the supply of the required raw materialsn (including, but not limited to, meltblown, elastics and nose clips), so that this is installed and available in sufficient quantity. This makes it possible to immediately scale up to produce at least 50% of the peak consumption in Dutch healthcare during a year. First in first-out stock The production facility in the Netherlands must have a minimum first-in first-out stock. For FFP2 mouth and nose masks this minimum stock is 500,000 pieces, for IIR mouth and nose masks there is a minimum of 3,500,000 pieces. VWS owns this first-in-first-out (hierna: fifo) voorraad mondmaskers.
