Description: The customer contact center (KCC) is the central customer counter of the CIBG. Customers (citizens, professionals and organizations) are informed here. The customer questions come in through various channels and are also answered through various channels (such as telephone, mail, counter, webcare, letter). All customer questions and complaints about CIBG products are adopted and handled at the KCC.
The challenge is to realize an integrated solution (a Customer Care Platform) for the KCC, in which an improvement in customer comfort is central. The components required for this must offer functional support for a renewed process, designed from the 'Customer'. The intention is to acquire this in as an integral application and to join the CIBG registers (as far as desired and possible).
