Description:
The Ministry of Asylum and Migration (Migration Policy Directorate), Ministry of Justice and Security (Directorate of Law Enforcement and Crime Fighting), the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment (Directorate of Labor Relations) and the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport(Social Support Directorate), want to conclude a service agreement per plot with one service provider to make a high-quality facility for the (implementation of the) reception places and the supervision of non-Dutch victims of human trafficking (Article 273fCriminal Code) who make use of the so-called "cooling-off period" and non-Dutch victims of serious disadvantage (Article 273fa of Criminal Law) who legally reside. The intention is to make the service agreement perplot to come into effect on January 1, 2026.
