- The purpose of the Tender is to conclude an Agreement with one service provider as of February 12, 2024 for carrying out compliance studies regarding the age limit for alcohol and tobacco sales. The age limit for the sale of alcohol and tobacco has been fixed since January 1, 2014set at 18 years. This means that alcoholic beverages and tobacco (including e-cigarettes and herbal smoking products) may not be provided to persons under the age of 18. The results of compliance studies can be used to determine the extent to which providers of alcoholic beverages and tabak adhere to the law and (risk-oriented) interventions can be organised. The purpose of the assignment is to gain insight into the state of affairs regarding compliance with the age limit on the sale of alcohol and tobacco. See section 2.1 of the Descriptive Document.
