- Description: The contracting authority, the Ministry of Defense, intends to apply voluntary transparency with regard to the framework agreement for training of document recognition Level 2 and level 3. The Royal Netherlands training, training and knowledge center Marechaussee (Otckmar) in Apeldoorn is responsible for training the employees of the KMar and the collection of knowledge for the KMar. To take care of (part) of the lessons in the field of document recognition at level 2 (documents researcher) and 3 (document expert), we intend to conclude a framework agreement for the duration of 4 years. Enclosed the program of requirements. If there are no reactions within the suspensive term of 20 calendar days, the agreement will be concluded. The agreement is concluded under the Arvodi 2018 conditions.
