Description: This publication of voluntary transparency relates to the intention to conclude an agreement for renting a fuel tank truck for refueling specific type of aircraft (MRTT and C130) at Eindhoven airport. This requires a specic type of fuel tank truck with a lift. Given the nature of the assignment and already carried out market research, the Ministry of Defense expects that there is only one party that can and wants to offer this, namely Sun Jet Services Netherlands B.V. The Ministry of Defense intends with Sun Jet Services Netherlands B.V. conclude an agreement (2 years fixed, including 2 option years) for the rental of such a bran dust tank truck for refueling the aforementioned type of aircraft by means of a negotiation procedure without announcement. The Ministry of Defense wants to determine and test whether there are no other market parties who can and wants to carry out this assignment (renting out a fuel tank truck with lift that is able to refute aircraft of the type MRTT and C130 at Eindhoven airport).
