Description: Introduction through this announcement of voluntary transparency in advance, Water Board wants to inform Vechtstrooms market parties of the intention to start a negotiation procedure without prior notice, as referred to under paragraph 2.2. 1.7. of the 2012 Procurement Act, for the purchase of a narrow gauge counting machine including a transport car. The contracting authority intends to start this procedure with Firma Hobelman-Halle B.V. exploration and motivation on chosen procedure. Discussions with multiple parties show that there is one party on the market that can deliver the desired narrow-gauge car including transport car and thus meet the technical specifications. That is why the contracting authority starts a negotiation procedure without prior notice as referred to under paragraph 2.2.1.7. of the Procurement Act 2012. The technical specifications have been added to the appendix of this tender. They concern two variants: a diesel narrow gauge and an electric variant.
