- Description: This announcement is only used to make the proposed choice of procedure, being the intention to conclude an agreement with Technolution B.V., for the duration of four (4) years with an option up to three (3) times a one To extend (1), with an appeal to the negotiating procedure without notice (Article 2.32, first paragraph under b under 2 Procurement Act 2012), to be aware of the market in advance with application of Article 4.16 et seq. set to make any objections known. The client uses the network management system (hereinafter NMS) for traffic systems from Technolution B.V. In recent years, investments have been made in the software and various modules so that the system fits well with the needs of the client in this area. Information is included in the appendix 'Announcement in the event of voluntary announcement in advance NMS traffic systems'.
