Description: The subject of the public assignment concerns one software package for consulting and applying building regulations and building standardization. This also includes all construction-related NEN standards and a matching testing protocol. The municipality of Breda wants a package in which the various functions (consulting, applying, testing) are incorporated in 1 tool. It is important for the assessment of the applications of environmental permit that the testers have the entire, current building regulations available and can also take the test in the same tool. As a result, they have all legislation at hand and it is easy to switch the legislation to the testing. With 184,000 inhabitants, the municipality of Breda is the 9th largest city in the Netherlands. The number of users of the package is approximately 50. The municipality of Breda has made verbal inquiry and has come to the conclusion that there is no comparable software solution such as Briswarenhuis.
