- The municipality of Utrecht wants to conclude an on-demand agreement for virtual BIM workplaces.
As the municipality of Utrecht, we are working on BIM (Building Information Management) related work. For this method, the municipality of Utrecht needs a virtual BIM workplace for the entire AEC Suite plus add-insto be able to carry out the Scan to 3D BIM work process. This is a process in which a graphic 3D model can be designed of objects in the outdoor area, such as a quay wall or a sewage pumping station, using 3D laser scans.
The municipality is looking for a partner to (partially) develop andwill continue to follow the (innovative) developments during the term of the contract and apply them to the system. The municipality envisions a system in which it wants to test whether the market can meet the requirements of the system. She does this by talking to a number of market participantsparties through a competitive dialogue.
