- The municipality of Utrecht wants to conclude an agreement on call for virtual BIM workplaces. As a municipality of Utrecht we are working on BIM (Bouw Information Management) related Working. For this method, the municipality of Utrecht needs a virtual BIM workplace for the entire AEC Suite Plus Add Ins to perform the work process scan to 3D BIM. This is a process in which a graphic 3D model can be designed of objects in the outdoor space such as a quay wall or a sewer pumping station with the help of 3D laser scans. The municipality is looking for a partner to (partly) develop the system together and continues to follow and apply the (innovative) developments to the system during the term of the contract. The municipality has a system in mind where it wants to test whether the market can meet the requirements of the system. She does this by talking to a number of market parties through a competitive dialogue.
