The UM is looking for a software solution that is supplied as SaaS that can be provided to live online education for small and large groups via image and sound; The solution also supports online meetings and online seminars (webinars) with image and sound. With this solution, the UM aims to purchase a complete collaboration environment in which large-scale files can be saved.
For video banking, the purpose of this tender is to enter into an agreement with one party for the two-year period with a possibility of extending twice one year and a reserve bank agreement for the one-year period with the number two in order.
