- The assignment consists of the complete implementation of the UPAS, for the municipality of Utrecht and regional municipalities. Including the following parts: Application administration infiltrated in the UPAS website with UPAS Data Management and Sending the physical passes to residents Financial handling with transaction database including payment to providers and audits Acquisition and relationship management providers management, development and hosting upas website including app For pass holders communication to residents and partners, digital and physical by means of Upas desk. Customer satisfaction survey and complaint handling this with the aim of supporting residents with a low income in participating in society. This is made possible because residents can participate in sporting and cultural activities with an UPAS, but can also go with a discount to, among other things, museums, cinemas and tourist attractions.
