Description:
Leiden University currently has an agreement with one supplier for the delivery and management of hot beverages, soft drinks and snack machines. This agreement ends and must be tendered again. The university facility company (UFB) acts as a contract owner. The The reason for this tender is the expiration of this current agreement. The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement with One supplier who offers the best price-quality ratio. The assessment is based on the following ratio: quality 70% and price 30%.
