Description:
The reason is the update of the so -called recognized Energy Saving Measure List (EML) for buildings. The EML was prepared in 20152017 and updated for the first time in 2018/2019. The most recent update took place in 2022/2023. The update is linked to theFour -year -old submission data of the Energy Saving Information obligation. The so -called EML relates to the duty to make the energy consumption from the Activities Living Environment Decree (Article 5.15) and to the Energy Saving obligation from Decree on Building Works Living Environment (BBL) (Article3.84). The EML also applies to the information obligation energy saving from the ball and the BBL (Articles 5.15a and 3.84a respectively). Appendix XIV of the Environment Regulation includes lists of recognized measures for buildings. Lists are in Annex XIVA of the Environment RegulationSpecifically included for the greenhouse horticulture sector.
