Description: This is a non-public European tender from the UMC Utrecht. The tender concerns the renovation of the intensive care unit and the birth center of the UMC Utrecht.UMCU wishes to conclude agreement (UAV 2012) with one entrepreneur for the duration of the renovation (expected term 36 months). The scope of this Multidisciplinary project (Architecture/Construction, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering) is the realization of the renewal and expansion task on EIZ and GC. In concrete terms, this means the new building of KM building part and the renovation of the KJ02, KH02 and KH03 building layers, including facade renovation (of the entire building parts KH and KJ) and the renovation of a part of building layer KE03. Building part KM will be connected to these building parts at the Kop van KH and KJ. Qua size in GFA is the renovation statement 4,300 m2 excl. Technology spaces and the new -build task 1,700 m2 excluding technology space and balcony.
