• Procedure Tender through the European/National public procedure in accordance with the ARW 2016. Location The work to be carried out is located at various locations in the municipality of Breda. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, please refer to the municipality's website: www.breda.nl Assignment The work mainly consists of: Clean sandbox sand and replenish it if necessary, including materials to be supplied; Impact-absorbing sand surfaces clean and replenish if necessary, including materials to be supplied Plots This contract is not divided into lots. The contracting authority is of the opinion that there is such a coherence between the activities that the assignment can be seen as one logical whole. This coherence does not create unnecessary restrictions on the market and SMEs retain access to participate in the tender procedure. Goal The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of these services conclude with a term of 2 years with an option for unilateral extension by the client of 2 x 1 year.
