- In 2012, the province signed a Management Agreementappointment of a new Managing Agent. In the event that the 'incumbent' Managing Agent is not reappointed, the Client shall provide that the selected Managing Agent as Contractor will receive, in a metaphorical sense, free of charge support from the Contractor for a maximum of six months until 21 April 2024.the 'sitting' Managing Agent is supervised. The need, form and content of this support will be worked out by the new Managing Agent in the 1st week after contract signing.
