LIFE Terra is seeking tenders for sustainable reforestation projects in various provinces of the Netherlands, specifically Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland, Flevoland, Utrecht, and Gelderland. The organization also supports tree planting in other areas within the Netherlands through its extensive network. LIFE Terra collaborates with local communities and encourages volunteer involvement in their tree planting initiatives. Scope of Work: The selected contractor must adhere to the following requirements: Tree Planting: Execute at least 50 tree planting projects across the Netherlands, focusing on the specified provinces. Engage with LIFE Terra-s network to support tree planting in other regions of the Netherlands. A minimum of 100,000 trees should be planted including soil preparation Sustainable Tree Planting: Implement sustainable practices in tree planting. Preferably plant various tree species per project. Favor planting native species with regional origins. Local Community Involvement: Coordinate tree planting projects by engaging local communities. Organize tree planting on land owned by local members. Facilitate and attend tree planting events organized by LIFE Terra, providing project information.
