- The Team seized/custody taken goods and animals (IBG) of the Permits & Enforcement 1 (V&H1) department of RVO is the custodian of goods and animals in the Netherlands, as stipulated in the Decree Subjected Objects (BIV) Article 1b. The IBG team is responsible for transport, storage and follow -up actions for all criminal and administrative law and in custody, as described in Article 1b of the BIV. The IBG team uses, for each category, specialized care and storage locations. Contracts with storage holders are concluded by means of (European) tenders.
