Description: The Shiraka program consists, among other things, a training component, the Shiraka Training program (STP). The Netherlands has the goal of officials (with at least five and a maximum of ten years of relevant work experience) from the Mena region (at least: Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Mauritania, Oman, Palestinian areas, Sudan and Tunisia) to invite to follow a training. Due to the choice of training courses, it contributes to democratization, legal management and building up an economic infrastructure in these countries.
