Description:
The purpose of this preliminary announcement is to inform the market about the upcoming European Public tender for the implementation of Employee Participation Training.
In May 2025, the State of the Netherlands (represented by the Minister of Defense) wants to conclude a new framework agreement regardingke carrying out employee participation training. Within Defense, participation takes place in accordance with the Defense Participation Decree. This decision can be found at https://puc.overheid.nl/mp-bundles/doc/PUC_34506_10/.
The European Public Tender will be published in mid-September.rd for carrying out training for Participation Committees at Defense.
These are various participation committees in the defense components of the Administrative Staff, Royal Navy, Royal Army, Royal Air Force, Royal Military Police, Defense Support Commandand the Materiel and IT Command.
Part of the assignment is to carry out Basic Trainings for various target groups, Modular Trainings for participation committees, Customized Trainings and an annual Masterclass. In addition, part of the assignment is organizing and implementing Meparticipation days and guidance at the workplace. The training courses are given at various locations within (and sometimes outside) the Netherlands.
