Description: The tender concerns a framework agreement with several contractors for the delivery of traffic data (in the broadest sense of the word) from non-way-related systems. NDW wishes to be able to purchase these traffic data in various forms, including as rough data, information, products and services. These traffic data comes from different data sources including Probe Vehicle Data, Floating Car Data, cellular data and crowd sourced data. NDW's need can concern a concrete form and databron, but may also be a need that is functional specified and a combination of different forms and data sources.
NDW is a collaboration organization and acts as a procurement center for its partners. The needs of the different partners will be leading for traffic data from non-way-related systems that are requested under the framework agreement.
