Description: The assignment mainly includes the realization of the renovation and the expansion of the town hall of the municipality of Land van Cuijk in Boxmeer. The expansion covers approx. 2,400 m² GFA spread over 3 storeys. The expansion is being built on the existing basement. The structural facilities have been included in the original design. The low part of the old building is finished with 2 floors. The old building is being renovated to meet the same quality level as the new building. This means that a large part of the existing installations are being replaced and a new layout is being realized structurally. Quality ambition including: GPR score 8.5 -duration, circular and healthy designed in accordance with possible certification -accessible gasless and energy -neutral -the work is carried out on the basis of a bestek (UAV 2012). For the execution of the work, the contracting authority chooses to have work for the project carried out by several parties.
