- The assignment concerns the supply of touchscreens to the client. The contractor will carry out the assignment in accordance with the program of requirements as included in Appendix 1. The following services are part of the assignment: Advice, delivery, assembly, installation, warranty and service provision and repair of the supplied touchscreens and related items such as lifts. Site survey (viewing the rooms where the relevant touchscreens are to be installed. This is to prevent any problems during installation) in advance for new setups. Maintenance and warranty handling of the touchscreens supplied by the contractor during the warranty period. Training & education at the request of the client for employees and teachers of the client. The content of the training is determined in consultation. The purpose of the assignment is practical provide high-quality touchscreens that have a very high degree of availability.
