• Tenders are invited for Tier 2 - Controller Working Position (CWP) Human-Machine Interface (HMI). Call for Interest No.: 21-660002-I Title: Tier 2 - Controller Working Position (CWP) Human-Machine Interface (HMI) General: EUROCONTROL* is an intergovernmental organisation with 41 Member and 2 Comprehensive Agreement States. We are committed to building, together with our partners, a Single European Sky that will deliver the air traffic management (ATM) performance required for the twenty-first century and beyond. Technical subject matter: MUAC is initiating a project to upgrade the Fallback ATM system to add some capacity enabling functions e.g. Controller Pilot Data Link (CPDLC) and OnLine Data Interchange (OLDI) and to have the same look and feel for the CWP-HMI in the Primary ATM and Fallback ATM system. The topic of this Call for Interest is the replacement of the Controller Working Position (CWP) - Human Machine Interface (HMI) for the Air Traffic Controllers (ATCOs) of the Fallback ATM system. Please note that at the end of the Call for Interest Procedure, a list of selected Applicants shall be established. Only these selected Applicants shall be invited to participate in the subsequent Restricted Call for Tenders which may follow. Main selection, assessment and award criteria:: TECHNICAL CAPACITY CRITERIA The licensing model of the CWP-HMI application shall allow maintenance and further modification of the application at MUAC premises by MUAC teams. Demonstrate experience in developing modelling products/ software/ applications for ATM in particular HMI applications for ATCOs and in deploying operational CWP systems in complex ATM environments similar to MUAC. TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT CRITERIA Application capabilities as described in section 4.1 Adaptation and configuration as described in section 4.2 Integration with core functions and support services as described in section 4.3 The CWP-HMI application has to be SWAL 3 compliant The core/base of the proposed CWP-HMI application by the applicant is already operationally used at least one year in one ATC centre similar to MUAC in order to provide a reasonable service record for the software.
