- The new financing system must be built up in its entirety by the tenderer (application service provider) and replace the old landscape. NWO is looking for an implementation, development and management partner that provides this service to the new financing system. In additionthe implementation and management partner must offer a technology/application that serves as the basis for the new financing system (the new financing system). The technology/application for the new financing system must be based on a cloud native standard platform withLowcode functionalities to give substance to the specific NWO processes. The new financing system must be realized and fully in use before 1 January 2027. An important point of attention is to the impact (and therefore risks) on organization, users and continuity of serviceslimited.
