- The municipality of Rotterdam has established an investment program to renew a large number of outdoor sports facilities in the coming years. SP will get started with the realization thereof. SP has investigated through a market consultation whether the idea for the flexible club building is feasible and complete.The flexible club building is always removable and can be moved in the core. We strive for the same lifespan as permanent construction and want to be able to move (partly) if environmental factors ask. The first assignments mainly concern club buildings on outdoor sports facilities that are annuallyare used by football clubs. An important change here is that we build for the community of which the association is part. This ensures that after the realization of the flexible club building, other providers and local residents can also go with their activities.
