Description:
The province of Flevoland is working on the Official Craftsmanship program. The aim of this program is to make employees aware of and to support them in the exercise of their role and profession as a government officer. Focus areas such as integrity, participation in network society and corporate identity, diversity and inclusion, openness and transparency, decision -making and participation. An official working group is working on the development of a program of official craftsmanship in which all areas of attention are included in a learning line, among other things. For this they use already available information sources and learning modules/workshops. But in addition to this partly traditional offer, there is a need for new learning methods and interventions that have been developed with and use modern iCm resources and educational techniques. Work is also being done on the design and implementation of a new learning management system Plusport, with which we can unlock learning interventions and process it administratively.
