- Unfortunately, stable fires regularly take place on livestock farms, with many animals killing every year. On December 18, 2024, the Minister of LVVN informed the Chamber about the approach to stable fires. Part of this is an executable and proportional electricity and solar power installation inspection(Scios scope 10 and 12) at livestock farms. The minister has announced that he would have a number of SCIOS test inspections carried out by farmers in different sectors, to measure the effects of an inspection obligation in practice. This can be used to identify what the current state ofInstallations at livestock farms is, the cause of common defects (for example, incorrect installation by installer vs. insufficient maintenance by farmer) and what costs would be associated with any possiblerepair work.
