Description: The purchasing concerns the following services: a) Implementation of juvenile response measures. The service to be purchased is a combination of guidance, supervision of young people who are convicted or suspected of a criminal offense. Youth rehabilitation is imposed by the juvenile judge (by judgment) and sometimes by the public prosecutor. Also deployment on aftercare (voluntary) after staying in a judicial institution or at the request of the Supervisory Board falls below;
b) implementation of youth protection measures. Performing a child protection measure imposed by the court, such as a supervisory board (whether or not with out-of-life) or a guardianship measure (in the event of the outlines of parental authority), concretely accompanying a family in education, to the parents' self-employed to take over. Measures can be forced to be imposed if voluntary assistance does not work.
