- Through this tender, the province of Zeeland intends to enter into a new agreement for Back Office equipment. The intended effective date of the new agreement is 1 September 2023. Back Office equipment falls within the scope of this tender: servers; Storage; Hyper converged infrastructure (combination of servers and storage). Outside Scope falls: workplace equipment (desktops, laptops); tablets; software licenses not being part of the server and storage environment; network hardware not being part of the server and storage environment. The most important objectives for acquiring a contractor are: obtaining high -quality advice that meets the current knowledge, skills and infrastructure of the province of Zeeland; retaining the current service levels that result in timely quotations, stable equipment, good support , fast response times, short lines, fast deliveries and equipment (composed).
