Description:
GEM Crailo B.V. is developing an old defense site into the Crailo Buurtschap for housing and business. An important part is the Future Grid Crailo energy concept: an all-electric system in which sustainable energy for homes, businesses and electrical (partial) transport within the district is generated and optimally used to minimize CO2 emissions and limit grid fluctuations. The FGC Public parts consist of public PV panels (solar carports and hubs), charging stations and a district battery. GEM Crailo is looking for one market party or partnership to realize and operate these public components. To this end, a DBMO agreement is envisaged with the winning tenderer, whereby GEM Crailo retains temporary ownership and operating risks with a view to a later transfer to the local energy community
